These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules for using the Padel Mews facilities, website, and services.
By booking a court, visiting our venue, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Padel Mews Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates Padel Mews Melton Mowbray and other associated venues in the UK.
Our goal is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for everyone to play padel and be part of the community.

2. Booking & Payment

• All court bookings are made via our partner platform MATCHi.

• Payment must be completed through MATCHi at the time of booking.

• Bookings are non-transferable without prior agreement.

• You are responsible for ensuring your booking details are correct before confirming.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Court cancellations must be made directly through MATCHi according to their cancellation policy.

• Refunds or credits will only be issued in line with MATCHi’s system and venue policy.

• Padel Mews reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings in the event of maintenance, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified and offered an alternative time or a refund.

4. Equipment Use

• Free equipment hire is available at the venue. Please return all racquets and balls to the designated racks after play.

• Players are responsible for using the equipment safely and returning it in good condition.

• Any deliberate damage or misuse may result in charges or restricted access to future bookings.

5. Venue Rules

All players and visitors are expected to follow the Padel Mews Rules displayed at the venue and on our website.
These include but are not limited to:

• Wearing clean indoor trainers or court shoes.

• No smoking or vaping inside the facility.

• Keeping the venue clean and tidy.

• Being kind and respectful to all players, staff, and spectators.

Failure to comply with venue rules may result in removal from the premises or refusal of future bookings.

6. Health, Safety & Liability

• Padel is a physical sport, and as such, participation is at your own risk.

• All players are responsible for ensuring they are fit and medically able to take part.

• Padel Mews, its staff, and partners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings sustained while on the premises, except in cases of negligence.

• Please warm up properly, play responsibly, and respect other players at all times.

• CCTV is in operation for your safety and venue security.

7. Children & Supervision

• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult unless participating in an organised coaching session.

• Parents and guardians are responsible for the behaviour and safety of minors while on-site.

8. Code of Conduct

At Padel Mews, we believe in creating a friendly, inclusive environment for everyone.
We ask all visitors to:

• Show good sportsmanship and respect others.

• Avoid abusive or aggressive behaviour.

• Treat the facility, staff, and equipment with care.

Padel Mews reserves the right to refuse service or ban individuals who breach this code.

9. Data & Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use the MATCHi platform for all bookings, which handles payment information securely.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms occasionally to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “last revised” date.
